BUYING AND ACCESS · 5 STEPS
From choosing a course to pressing play.
Buying takes a few minutes. Your access details follow by email within one working day, and the course then stays open to you for 24 months. Here is each step, and what to do if one of them goes wrong.
Five steps, in order
-
STEP 01
Choose
Pick a course or a whole route. Each course page lists its units, lessons and running time, so you know what you are buying.
-
STEP 02
Cart
Add it to your cart. Prices are final: what you see is what you pay. Add more courses or go straight on.
-
STEP 03
Your details
Your name, email and billing address on our checkout page. The email is where your access details will go, so check it twice.
-
STEP 04
Secure payment page
You are passed to the secure payment page of our payment service provider. It asks only for your card, or Apple Pay or Google Pay.
-
STEP 05
Your order page
You land on your own order page, with your reference. Its address is a permanent link: bookmark it and come back any time.
After you have paid
- A/C 01 What arrives by email
- Within one working day, an email to the address you gave at checkout with your access details: how to start watching, the course or courses you bought and your TPG-… order reference. If it has not arrived, look in your spam folder; your order page shows where things stand meanwhile.
- A/C 02 Devices and connection
- Any modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Lessons are streamed, so you need an internet connection while you watch. There is nothing to download or install.
- A/C 03 How long access lasts
- 24 months from the day access begins. Within that time, watch each lesson as often as you like, in any order, and rewind as far as you need.
If something goes wrong
- CHAT
Open the chat in the corner of any page. A person reads it and replies there.
- EMAIL
Write to hello@tpg-training-academy.co.uk if you prefer email.
- REFERENCE
Either way, give your TPG-… reference from your order page. It lets us find your order straight away.
WHERE TO BEGIN

| Running a payrollPeople are paid by you, or soon will be: PAYE, National Insurance, pensions and the monthly submission. | Payroll from Scratch: PAYE, National Insurance and RTI | £884 |
